The account manager will be the key contact for prospects and clients and will be responsible for deal closing in several product groups. He or she will be in charge of launching new relationships and for correctly informing prospects about Rombit’s software solutions. He/she will detect possible software extensions and will be in charge of a qualitative implementation and use and the support thereof. 

  • Detection of sales possibilities by a profound analysis of region and target groups
  • Planning of frequent visists with prospects and clients
  • Provide stakeholders with straightforward en thorough demonstration of Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Accurate reporting of sales talks in CRM-system and encoding of possible business deals (in terms of success rate)
  • Timely follow-up of contacts and leads
  • Enhance technical sessions with IT-departement and stakeholders of prospects
  • Work towards and attain closure of deals 
  • Negotiate full service cycle including support
  • Consult with technical team and project manager (Rombit) on frequent base

  • Can communicate in a professional manner with customer focus and interaction
  • Depending on the SaaS to be sold: also used to cope with longer sales cycle
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • Documenting sales related activities
