HR Officer


  • Follow-up and support the full recruitment cycle: from definition of job content with tech leads, over first interviews to negotiation and finalization of labour contracts
  • Search, target and approach adequate candidates for open vacancies with the help of LinkedIn Recruiter subscription
  • Onboarding: draft of onboarding guide and corresponding procedures, align departments for setup of new employees, administrative registration for various suppliers (insurances, luncheon vouchers,...)
  • Monthly review of set of contractor invoices based on timesheets
  • Periodic payroll cycle: based on eBlox, all administration holds for PC 200
  • Responsible for personnel files: absences, vacation certificates, parental leaves,...
  • Initiation of HR projects: implementation of peer reviews, personal development plans, group trainings, satisfaction surveys,...
  • Support integration process of operations & HR for acquisitions (as Sercotec) and possible subsidiaries
  • Co-responsible for annual HR budget and expenses
  • Act as confidential advisor for our staff and discuss pending issues with Chief People Officer and management team


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or proven track record in this particular domain
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, dealing with payroll and HR administration
  • Some knowledge of Belgian labor law
  • An operational mindset and great problem solving skills 
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities for the full HR cycle of our company 
  • Discretion, empathy and accuracy are crucial for this position
