Business developer - The Brokery


  • Based on a thorough assessment of the real estate scenery, you present The Brokery to valid prospects on a daily base
  • During these sales meetings, you analyze their needs, give product demonstrations and highlight the USP’s of our licences
  • Moreover, you refute possible objections and help them to get started with our solutions by offering them free trial periods
  • Prospects will need a timely follow-up of these trials and positive testing periods will be closed by you with a signed deal
  • You lend a helping hand to our support team in starting up new clients and keep in contact with your clients after the deal is finalized
  • Since the software modules are widely employable , you never lose sight of new segments and opportunities


  • Bilingualism (Dutch/French) is an absolute must
  • We strive to recruit a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience;
  • You hold a Bachelor degree
  • You feel utmost comfortable in initiating new contacts and relations
  • You are excited about digital solutions and cloud-based applications and your enthusiasm is easily transmittable
  • Your motivation remains sky-high, driven by closing deals
  • Autonomy, optimism and trustworthiness define you
